From December 16, the price of petrol in the country is expected to decrease by 13 rupees and diesel by 15 rupees per liter.
After the decrease in the price of petrol in the international market by 5.49 dollars per barrel, there is a possibility of a decrease in the price of petrol in the country by 13 and 15 rupees per liter from December 16.
Currently, the price of petrol in the country is Rs 281.34 while diesel is Rs 289.79 per litre. The government will take a final decision on the possible new prices of petroleum products on December 15, which will be effective from December 16.
